When you decide to work with us, you only provide us with what is necessary for managing your accounting. We collect your name, surname, company address, tax ID (NIP) number, and contact details.

This information is needed for us to fill out PIT and VAT declarations for you and to settle ZUS. We do not ask for anything that is not required by tax law. We store all this data securely in our office at 6 Modlińska Street in Warsaw. We do not share it with any third parties unless required by the Tax Office or other state institutions as part of our official duties.

We use your data solely to reliably manage your accounting. Thanks to them, we can prepare your invoices, keep an eye on tax payment deadlines, and submit necessary documents to offices. When you write us an email or call, your contact details serve us only to quickly answer your questions.

We never send spam and do not pass your phone number or email address to any third parties for marketing purposes. We are an accounting office, not an advertising agency. Our work is numbers and regulations, so we focus only on keeping your finances in order.

Our website uses cookies to function properly. Cookies are small files that are saved in your browser. Thanks to them, you see the page as we designed it and can easily find all the necessary information. We do not collect any data through them that would allow tracking who you are privately.
