Terms of cooperation

Rozwój i Precyzja offers professional accounting services and consulting for sole proprietorships (JDG) in Warsaw. Our cooperation is based on honesty and mutual trust. The client agrees to provide a complete set of accounting documents on time, such as revenue and expense invoices, bank statements, and other necessary certificates. We, as an office, take full responsibility for reliably posting these documents, correctly calculating PIT and VAT taxes, and timely submission of declarations to appropriate offices.

Working with us means that you focus on developing your business, and we make sure the documents are organized. We explain all ambiguities on an ongoing basis. Our main goal is to provide the entrepreneur with peace of mind and certainty that their company settles accounts in accordance with the regulations. Remember that as a client, you always have the right to view the status of your documentation at our office at 6 Modlińska Street.

Prices and payments

At Rozwój i Precyzja, we use a clear price list. Our starter offer for service providers starts from 350 PLN net per month, while for companies with VAT invoices and trade, the price is from 550 PLN net per month. Payments for our accounting services are settled in monthly cycles, based on an invoice issued by us. The payment deadline is usually 7 days from the date the Client receives the invoice.

We do not use hidden fees or unexpected penalties. If the scope of your business increases significantly, for example, you start hiring employees or the scale of operations forces more work, we will always inform you in advance about the need to change the rate. We set everything openly and in writing so you know exactly what you are paying for. Our cooperation is transparent from the first to the last invoice.

Responsibility and deadlines

Our office makes every effort to ensure that every declaration reaches the Tax Office on time. A key condition, however, is the provision of documents by the Client within the established deadline, no later than the 5th day of the following month. If documents reach us later, the risk of delays in settlements lies with the Client. For our part, we guarantee that upon receiving complete data, we will handle everything with due diligence.

In case of audits or inquiries from the office, Rozwój i Precyzja provides full support and representation. We are with our clients at every stage of running a company. If you change your company address or contact details, please let us know quickly so that our systems always have up-to-date data. We operate based on tax law regulations and always stand on the side of the honest entrepreneur.
